Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist I for the Trumbull, CT location. Shift is Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 12:30 PM with rotational weekends. Pay range is $22.80 - $24.45 per hour, with eligibility for annual bonus based on performance.

The role focuses on specimen collection, data entry, and adherence to procedures within a team environment. Benefits are provided to eligible team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred in some states.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions per training.
• Verify orders using lab tech systems and communication with clients.
• Navigate computer and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required.
