Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Reno, NV is seeking a Phlebotomist Group Lead to oversee on-site phlebotomy operations Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM. The role requires a state phlebotomy license and offers a pay range of $28.80+ per hour with potential annual incentives.

Qualifications

• State phlebotomy license required.
• NHA licenses not accepted in CA, WA, NV.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
• Read, understand and comply with departmental policies and safety guidelines.
• Lead on-site phlebotomy activities and support supervisors with staff coaching and onboarding.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs, data entry, and monthly statistics reporting.
