Qualifications

• Seven years of phlebotomy experience (pediatric, geriatric, capillary)
• Keyboard/data entry experience
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on‑call and overtime
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver license, and clean driving record, if applicable

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to procedures, including drug screens and biometric screening.
• Verify orders and patient information using lab systems.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and inventory; participate in data submission and reporting.
• Assist with onboarding and mentor new staff; support patient inquiries as needed.
