Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Lake Elsinore, CA, is seeking a Phlebotomist Group Lead to manage daily patient service operations. You will oversee PSC/IOP activities, coach staff, ensure accuracy of patient data, and collaborate with regional leadership to meet service goals.

The role requires a CA phlebotomy license, seven years of phlebotomy experience, and a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with pay range $29.40–$34.95 per hour.

Qualifications

• Seven years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Phlebotomy license/certification required; state license required (CA).
• Excellent customer service and communication in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to staff.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and ensure accuracy of patient data.
• Support supervisors with onboarding and regional coordination.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating PSC/IOP activities.
