Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Portland, OR, seeks a Phlebotomist Group Lead to supervise daily PSC/IOP operations, coach staff, and ensure accurate specimen collection across sites. Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with rotational weekends; pay starts at $28.80+ hourly and includes eligibility for annual bonus.

The role requires strong phlebotomy expertise, data entry accuracy, and leadership to mentor new hires while coordinating with supervisors and field teams. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Seven years phlebotomy experience or equivalent.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available including weekends/holidays/on-call/overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Administer oral solutions per training.
• Verify orders and enter data in lab systems.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required.
