Qualifications

• Experience with lab specimen collection is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Performs phlebotomy and lab specimen collections per age-related standards and protocols.
• Applies AIDET patient communication model and ensures patient safety.
• Receives physician orders and enters accurate lab test orders per policy.
• Processes specimens promptly to maintain sample integrity and proper labeling.
• Maintains equipment knowledge, tracks orders, and communicates results to team.
