• Demonstrates AIDET model and emphasizes patient safety to minimize errors.
• Receives and reviews physician orders and enters orders for lab tests per policy.
• Maintains patient communication and post-phlebotomy care.
• Ensures specimens are labeled, processed, and transported according to protocols.
