Tom Trese Networking LLC in Montgomery County, MD seeks a Phlebotomist for a float, contract role covering locations in the county. Schedule is 1st shift, Mon–Fri, 7am–4pm or 8am–5pm, with EOS 8am–12pm; projected duration is 3 months with potential for permanent placement.

You will perform blood draws, label specimens, centrifuge and store samples, and document maintenance data; explain the venipuncture process to patients, ensure specimen integrity, and comply with OSHA and DEP regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid phlebotomy certification for the state of employment.
• Minimum 6 months' work experience performing venipunctures in a fast-paced lab or hospital.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Experience performing blood draws and labeling specimens.
• Centrifuging specimens and recording maintenance data.
• Explain the venipuncture process to patients clearly and courteously.
• Package and transport specimens following protocol.
