Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Fayetteville, NC. Schedule: Mon-Thu 10am–3pm, Fri 8am–12pm. You will perform venipuncture collections, collect various specimens, and maintain accurate patient data while delivering excellent customer service.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and phlebotomy certification or training, with preferred experience of 1 year. Flexibility to travel to additional sites is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program, or 6 months+ phlebotomy experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
