Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 6+ months experience.
• Preferred: 1 year or more phlebotomy experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and other tests.
• Enter patient information accurately and timely in the system.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to patients.
• Travel to additional sites as needed.
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
