• Ability to work under pressure in high-volume settings.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
• Prior customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs venipuncture and capillary punctures on adults and children.
• Processes specimens and routes them to appropriate lab for analysis.
• Performs clerical duties related to the lab computer system and Epic modules.
• Rotate weekends and holidays and work at off-site locations as needed.
