Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred but not required.
• Manual dexterity and accuracy for venipuncture.
• Prior customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures on adult and pediatric patients.
• Process specimens and route to laboratory for analysis.
• Enter patient information and orders in Epic and other systems.
• Rotate weekends and holidays; work at off-site locations as needed.
