• Experience in a customer-facing role is helpful

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor and team safety
• Screen donors, record donor vital signs and finger stick results
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, coordinate donor compensation
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and apply approved procedures
• Support donors across a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
