Carter BloodCare is seeking Phlebotomists to join our Mobile Collections and Donor Center teams across North/Central/East Texas. No experience required, training provided. You will connect with donors, ensure high-quality collection, and support mobile drives and donor centers.

Join a life-saving, patient-focused team with a flexible schedule and opportunities to grow within Texas-wide locations. Training can last up to nine weeks with varied hours, including early mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• No experience required; passion for helping others and delivering high care/service.
• Willing to learn and follow regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
• Ability to work with donors in mobile drives and donor centers.

Responsibilities

• Personally connect with donors and explain the impact of their donation.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming environment for donors to return.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure collected blood meets regulatory standards.
• Assist with setting up, moving, and taking down equipment at mobile drives.
