Carter BloodCare is hiring Phlebotomists for Mobile Collections and Donor Center teams across Texas. You will connect with donors, operate mobile drives or work at donor centers, and help ensure compliant, high-quality blood collection.

Training is provided; no prior experience required but a passion for helping others is essential. Hours vary with schedules that include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of general work experience OR comparable education in the medical field, such as an internship or externship.
• Customer service experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Personally connect with donors and communicate the impact of donation.
• Help maintain donor comfort and trust in mobile drives and donor centers.
• Assist with setup, transport, and teardown of equipment at drives and centers.
• Ensure blood collection meets regulatory requirements and safety standards.
