Job summary

Carter BloodCare is seeking phlebotomists to join our Mobile Collections and Donor Center teams across North, Central and East Texas. No experience is required—we train you to deliver high-quality care to donors and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will personally connect with donors, support a welcoming environment, and learn how to move and set up equipment at mobile drives. Competitive pay, training, and career growth await.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of general work experience OR comparable education in the medical field, such as an internship or externship.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Personally connect with donors, listen to their stories, and help them understand the impact of their donation.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a friendly environment so donors feel comfortable returning and encouraging others to donate.
• Be detail-oriented to ensure blood collected meets regulatory requirements and can be safely transfused.
• Move, set up, and take down equipment at mobile blood drives with the team.
