Carter BloodCare in Texas is seeking Phlebotomists for Mobile Collections and Donor Center teams. No experience is required; comprehensive training is provided. Roles involve traveling to blood drives and donor centers across North, Central, and East Texas.

You will connect with donors, ensure safe collection, and work with the team to set up equipment. Expect a variable schedule with early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays; training may last up to nine weeks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of general work experience OR related education in the medical field.
• Customer service experience.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Personally connect with donors and explain the impact of donation.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming environment for donors.
• Be detail-oriented to ensure collected blood meets regulatory requirements.
• Move, set up, and take down equipment at mobile blood drives.
• Join a training program that can last up to nine weeks.
