Job summary

Carter BloodCare is expanding our team of Phlebotomists across Mobile Collections and Donor Centers in North, Central and East Texas. No experience is required; we seek people passionate about helping others and capable of learning in a fast-paced donor environment.

Phlebotomists will travel to blood drives or work at donor centers, building relationships with donors and ensuring safe, high-quality blood products through careful collection and strict adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• No experience is required; we welcome individuals passionate about helping others and learning.
• Strong customer service mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Personally connect with donors, listen to their stories, and help them understand the impact of their donation.
• Collaborate with your teammates to create a friendly environment so our volunteer donors feel comfortable returning and encouraging their friends/family to donate.
• Be detail-oriented all day, every day. This ensures that the blood you collect meets regulatory requirements and can be safely transfused.
• Work with your team to move, set up, and take down equipment at mobile blood drives.
