Job summary

Carter BloodCare seeks Phlebotomists for Mobile Collections and Donor Center teams across North, Central, and East Texas. You will engage with donors, ensure safety and compliance, and assist with mobile drive setup and transport of equipment. Training is provided and shifts vary with drives and center hours.

After training, schedules are flexible, including weekends and holidays. Competitive pay starts at $18.48/hour with potential uplifts for location premiums and bilingual skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of general work experience OR related medical education (internship/externship okay).
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Connect with donors and explain donation impact.
• Ensure donor safety and regulatory compliance during collection.
• Move and set up equipment at mobile drives; assist as needed.
• Collaborate with team to maintain friendly donor environment.
