Carter BloodCare is expanding our team of Phlebotomists in Texas, offering roles with Mobile Collections and Donor Centers. No experience required; training provided. You will connect with donors, ensure regulatory compliance, and work with a team to support life-saving blood products.

Locations include Mobile Collections in Bedford area and Donor Centers across North/Central/East Texas. Competitive pay with shift differentials and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of general work experience OR comparable education in the medical field such as an internship or externship.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Personally connect with donors, listen to their stories and explain donation impact.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a friendly donor environment.
• Be detail-oriented to ensure regulatory compliance and safe transfusion of blood.
• Move, set up, and take down equipment at mobile blood drives and donor centers.
