Job summary

Carter BloodCare is expanding our team of Phlebotomists in Texas, including Mobile Collections and Donor Center locations. No experience is required, and you will learn while delivering high-quality donor care and service.

You will connect with donors, work with a team to ensure a friendly environment, and handle equipment at drives across North, Central and East Texas. Training may last up to nine weeks with varying hours.

Qualifications

• No experience required; looking for individuals passionate about helping others and delivering high care to donors.
• Phlebotomy role at Mobile Collections or Donor Centers across Texas.
• Training period up to nine weeks with variable hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Personally connect with donors and communicate the impact of their donation.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming environment for donors.
• Be detail-oriented to ensure collected blood meets regulatory requirements.
• Move, set up, and take down equipment at mobile blood drives.
