SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a contract Phlebotomist to perform blood draws, label and transport specimens, and maintain accurate patient and lab records at our Reston, VA site. The role requires pediatric experience, OSHA/DEP compliance, and strong attention to detail.

Training and ongoing department updates are provided. The position is contract-based for ~3 months with potential for permanent hire, and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where you will be employed.
• Minimum of 6 months' work experience performing venipunctures in a fast paced lab or hospital setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsabilités

• Perform blood draws and label specimens.
• Centri fug e specimens and document maintenance data.
• Follow procedures for venipuncture and specimen transport.
• Ensure correct labeling and matching requisitions.
• Comply with OSHA and DEP regulations and trainings.
• Answer inquiries and communicate results to staff.
