KingRecruitingServices in Anchorage, AK seeks a Phlebotomist for a 3-month contract with potential for permanency. Schedule is 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities include blood draws, labeling and centrifuging specimens, recording maintenance data, and proper storage/transport. Requires valid phlebotomy certification, 6+ months venipuncture experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Formación

• Valid Phlebotomy certification as required in state of employment.
• Minimum of 6 months' venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Experience doing blood draws and labeling specimens.
• Centri fu ing and recording maintenance data; updating patient information.
• Package and transport specimens per protocol; ensure specimen integrity.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients and caregivers.
• Adhere to OSHA and DEP regulations; attend annual trainings.
