• Valid phlebotomy certification as required in the state of employment.
• Minimum 6 months' venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws, labeling, centrifuging, and specimen handling per protocol.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients and ensure sample integrity.
• Match requisitions to tubes, package specimens for transport, and maintain records.
• Comply with OSHA/DEP regulations and attend trainings.
• Answer inquiries and document results as required.
