Talent Solutions Partners in Port Charlotte, FL is hiring a phlebotomist on a contract basis with the potential to become permanent. The main duties include blood draws, specimen labeling, centrifuging, and recording maintenance data, following established procedures.

The position requires 2-4 years of diagnostic phlebotomy experience, pediatric to geriatric experience, and a valid phlebotomy certification. Schedule is Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm in a fast-paced lab environment.

Formación

• Minimum 6 months venipuncture in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Experience performing blood draws, labeling and centrifuging specimens; maintain documentation.
• Collects and stores specimens per procedures; explain venipuncture process clearly and courteously.
• Ensure correct lab requisitions; package specimens for transport; comply with OSHA regulations.
