Saint Cyr Partners in Port Charlotte, FL is seeking a qualified phlebotomist for a 3-month contract with the potential for permanent hire. Schedule is Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm; location is on-site in Port Charlotte, FL. The role requires 2–4 years of diagnostic phlebotomy experience and a state-certified phlebotomy credential.

Pediatric to geriatric patient care experience is required. Responsibilities include performing blood draws, labeling and processing specimens, and maintaining accurate records

Qualifications

• 2–4 years diagnostic phlebotomy experience
• Pediatric to geriatric patient experience
• Phlebotomy certification (state-specific) required

Responsabilités

• Perform blood draws and label specimens.
• Centrifuge specimens and record maintenance data.
• Explain venipuncture procedure to patients clearly.
• Package specimens for transport and ensure proper storage.
• Keep accurate patient information and comply with protocols.
• Attend annual department trainings and OSHA/DEP regulations.
