Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification required in state of employment.
• Minimum 6 months venipuncture experience in fast-paced lab or hospital.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and label specimens.
• Centrifuge specimens and record maintenance data.
• Explain venipuncture procedure clearly to patients.
• Package and transport specimens per protocol.
• Ensure accurate labeling and test requisitions.
