Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and labeling specimens.
• Centrifuge and process specimens per protocol.
• Record maintenance data and update patient information.
• Explain venipuncture procedures clearly to patients.
• Package specimens for transport and ensure proper temperature.
• Maintain OSHA/DEP compliance and attend trainings.
