The Recruiting Hive is seeking a Phlebotomist for a 3-month contract in Oceanside, CA. The role requires blood draws, specimen labeling, and handling according to procedures, with potential for permanent placement.

Responsibilities include operating centrifuges, data entry, and ensuring compliance with OSHA/DEP regulations. Starting shifts are 6 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday, with weekend rotation as needed. Mileage reimbursement is provided.

Qualificações

• Valid Phlebotomy certification required.
• Minimum 6 months' venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Perform blood draws and venipuncture.
• Label, centrifuge and store specimens per procedures.
• Explain the venipuncture process clearly to patients.
• Prepare specimens for transport and ensure proper labeling.
• Maintain OSHA/DEP regulations compliance.
