KEDPLASMA, a Kedrion Biopharma company, seeks a Phlebotomist to guide donors through the plasma donation process and maintain a safe, efficient center environment. You will perform venipunctures, monitor donor well-being, and ensure accurate data handling in a team-focused setting.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, 1+ year phlebotomy experience, and strong interpersonal skills. California requires phlebotomy certification; other states welcome with certification pursued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California).
• At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate donors on the donation process and policies.
• Greet donors and guide them through the donation process to establish comfort.
• Perform venipuncture procedures following SOPs.
• Monitor donor well-being and respond to adverse reactions.
• Maintain equipment and calibrate as needed.
• Set up and operate plasma donation machines and respond to alarms.
• Record donor data accurately in the donor information system.
• Respond to donor questions, deferrals, or concerns.
• Ensure center readiness for daily operations and audits.
• Uphold data integrity and donor confidentiality.
