Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist to join Kedplasma LLC and support the plasma donation process. You will welcome donors, perform venipuncture, and monitor donors to ensure a safe, comfortable experience while upholding quality and regulatory standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California).
• At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate donors on the donation process and center policies.
• Greet donors and guide them through the donation process.
• Perform venipuncture procedures following SOPs.
• Monitor donor well-being and respond to adverse reactions.
• Maintain equipment and readiness for daily operations.
• Set up and operate plasma donation machines.
• Record donor data in the electronic donor information system.
• Ensure center cleanliness and readiness for audits.
