Job summary

Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist to guide donors through the plasma donation process, ensuring safety and comfort. You will perform venipuncture, monitor donors, and maintain a clean, compliant environment.

Responsibilities include educating donors, greeting and introducing the process, and coordinating with a team to support high-quality plasma collection in a regulated setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California).
• At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate donors on the donation process, policies, compensation, and the importance of plasma-based therapies.
• Greet donors and explain the donation process to establish trust and comfort.
• Perform venipuncture procedures following SOPs and monitor donor well-being during donation.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the donation environment and equipment.
