Versiti Blood Center of Indiana is seeking a Donor Box Truck Driver who will perform phlebotomy collection, interact with donors, and operate mobile drives with a focus on safety and customer service. The role supports a collaborative team and contributes to an engaging employee experience.

The position requires operating a mobile drive vehicle, adherence to regulatory standards, and flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Prior donor-related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• GED required.
• 1-3 years relevant people-facing experience preferred.
• Less than 1 year job-related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Follows DOT guidelines when operating a van/box truck and transports staff safely.
• Prepares collection site and performs setup, including technology systems.
• Performs donor screening, mini-physical, and phlebotomy.
• Provides a positive donor experience with professional service and responds to inquiries.
• May conduct automation and recruit donors for automation.
• Maintains records and ensures equipment functionality.
