Job summary

Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist II for a 13+ week assignment at a medical facility in Fairview, TN 37062. Schedule is M-F, 8 AM to 5 PM with a 1-hour lunch. Responsibilities include venipuncture, patient identification, labeling and documenting specimens, and compliant transport per CLIA/OSHA/HIPAA.

Requires a high school diploma and 3+ years phlebotomy experience; medical training preferred. Education: high school diploma required; medical training preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary draws.
• Two years of experience in a Patient Service Center or clinical setting is preferred.
• High school diploma required; medical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood sampling with precision and care.
• Ensure proper identification of patients prior to blood collection.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to laboratory procedures and safety protocols.
• Accurately label and document specimens for testing in accordance with medical terminology standards.
• Label, process, and transport blood specimens accurately and efficiently in compliance with CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA standards.

Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist II to support our client’s medical facility, based in Fairview, TN 37062

This is a 13+ weeks role with a possible extension opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Location: Fairview, TN 37062

Schedule: M-F 8A-5P 1 HOUR LUNCH (40hrs/week)

Pay Range: $19.93- $21.35/hr

(Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.) The rate is based on years of DIRECT EXPERIENCE as listed in the resume.
