Pride Health is seeking a Phlebotomist II to support a medical facility in Moline, IL. This 13+ week assignment offers extension potential and a pathway to work with a top-tier healthcare organization.

Location is Moline IL 61265 with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 40 hours per week. Pay rate is $25 per hour, commensurate with education and credentials, with compensation based on direct experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training (e.g., medical assistant or paramedic) preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary draws.
• At least two (2) years in a Patient Service Center or clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood sampling with precision and care.
• Ensure proper identification of patients prior to blood collection.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to laboratory procedures and safety protocols.
• Accurately label and document specimens for testing in accordance with medical terminology standards.
• Label, process, and transport blood specimens accurately and efficiently in compliance with CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA standards.

Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist II to support our client’s medical facility, based in Moline IL 61265

This is a 13+ weeks role with a possible extension opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Location: Moline IL 61265

Schedule: M-F 8a-5p with 1 hour lunch (40hrs/week)

Pay Range: $25/hr

(Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.) The rate is based on years of DIRECT EXPERIENCE as listed in the resume.
