Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist II for a 13+ week assignment at a medical facility in Vadnais Heights, MN 55110. The role runs 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm CST, with a pay rate of $25/hour.

Strong phlebotomy skills and patient service experience are required, with 3+ years in phlebotomy and some clinical setting exposure preferred. Educational background includes a high school diploma or equivalent, plus medical training or certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Medical training or certification is preferred.
• Minimum three years of phlebotomy experience.
• Pediatric, geriatric, and capillary experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood sampling with precision.
• Ensure proper patient identification prior to blood collection.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following lab procedures and safety protocols.
• Accurately label and document specimens for testing per medical terminology standards.
• Label, process, and transport specimens in compliance with CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA.
