Job summary

Vitalant is hiring a Mobile Phlebotomist in Colorado Springs, CO. You will join the donor care team, assist at blood drives within a 200-mile range, and help create comfortable donation experiences.

The role includes a 10-week paid training program (8 weeks in Denver, CO) with hotel and meals provided, Monday–Thursday schedules and occasional Friday training. Base pay is $19.39–$20.60 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Job Description:

Whether you are just starting your career, or have some phlebotomy experience, we're here to help you leverage the extensive phlebotomy training provided, develop your talents, and perform at your best. Your impact as a Mobile Phlebotomist is vital. You will assist Vitalant's donor care team in setting up blood drives at locations withing a 200-mile range while creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donors. Every day you will help save lives and have a vital impact on your community.

Base pay: $19.39 - $20.60 / Hour

Salary is commensurate with a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location.

Training Information:

10-week Paid Mandatory Training program - 100% attendance required . Including 8 weeks in Denver, C O (Hotel room and food provided).

Monday through Thursday with occasional Friday 7am-5:30pm for classroom training and then field training follows the mobiles.
