Job summary

Vitalant is hiring a Mobile Phlebotomist in Midland, TX. You will join our donor care team, traveling to blood drives and donation centers to create comfortable, convenient donation experiences.

Paid training is provided, and you will receive coaching to support your career growth. Base pay ranges from $18.27 to $19.06 per hour, with comprehensive benefits including health coverage, 401K with company match, tuition assistance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Able to lift 40 pounds required.

Job Description:

We're hiring immediately, and we will train you ! Whether you are just starting your career, or new to the blood banking industry, we're here to help you leverage the extensive phlebotomy training provided, develop your talents, and perform at your best.

Your impact as a Mobile Phlebotomist is vital. You will assist Vitalant's donor care team in creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donor volunteers, most days you'll conduct a blood drive around town in one of our buses; other days you'll interact with donors at one of our local donation centers. Every day you will help save lives and have a vital impact on your community.

Sunday - Saturday variable hours with 2 days off

Base Pay:

$18.27 - $19.06 / Hour
