Vitalant is hiring a Mobile Phlebotomist to support donor care teams by setting up blood drives within a 200-mile radius and delivering comfortable, consistent donation experiences for donors.

The program includes a 10-week paid mandatory training, with eight weeks in Billings, MT, all expenses paid. Schedule is Mon–Sat (5-day block), starting 12/14/2026, with classroom training then field work. Greet donors, perform blood draws, and maintain donor records with coaching and support.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Able to lift 40 pounds.

Job Description

We're hiring immediately, and we will train you! Whether you are just starting your career, or have some phlebotomy experience, we're here to help you leverage the extensive phlebotomy training provided, develop your talents, and perform at your best. Your impact as a Mobile Phlebotomist is vital. You will assist Vitalant's donor care team in setting up blood drives at locations withing a 200-mile range while creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donors. Every day you will help save lives and have a vital impact on your community.

What to Expect

Schedule: Monday -Saturday (5-day block) Mobile.

Start Date: 12/14/2026

Training Information

10-week Paid Mandatory Training program - 100% attendance required.

Including 8 weeks in Billings, MT (All Expenses: hotel room and food Paid by the company).

Training schedule is Monday - Friday 7:00am -5:30pm; for classroom training and then field training follows mobiles.
