Job summary

Vitalant is hiring a Mobile Phlebotomist to join our donor care team and deliver comfortable, convenient blood donation experiences for donors within a 200‑mile range. You will participate in a 10‑week training program (8 weeks in Denver, CO) and work Monday through Thursday with occasional Fridays for classroom training and field work.

Job Description:

We’re hiring immediately, and we will train you! Whether you are just starting your career, or have some phlebotomy experience, we’re here to help you leverage the extensive phlebotomy training provided, develop your talents, and perform at your best. Your impact as a Mobile Phlebotomist is vital. You will assist Vitalant’s donor care team in setting up blood drives at locations withing a 200‑mile range while creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donors. Every day you will help save lives and have a vital impact on your community.

Base pay: $19.39 - $20.60 / Hour

Salary is commensurate with a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location.

Start Date:11/9/26

Training Information:

10-week Paid Mandatory Training program – 100% attendance required. Including 8 weeks in Denver, CO (Hotel room and food provided).

Monday through Thursday with occasional Friday 7am-5:30pm for classroom training and then field training follows the mobiles.
