Job summary

Vitalant in Billings, MT is hiring a Mobile Phlebotomist who will travel within a 200-mile range to set up blood drives and create comfortable donation experiences. Training is provided; base pay is $17.09–$18.27 per hour plus a 5% mobile premium.

Schedule includes Sundays through Thursdays with 3–4 days travel per week and expenses covered. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, active driver’s license with clean record, ability to travel, and ability to lift 40 pounds.

Job Description:

We’re hiring immediately, and we will train you! Whether you are just starting your career, or have some phlebotomy experience, we’re here to help you leverage the extensive phlebotomy training provided, develop your talents, and perform at your best. Your impact as a Mobile Phlebotomist is vital. You will assist Vitalant’s donor care team in setting up blood drives at locations withing a 200-mile range while creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donors. Every day you will help save lives and have a vital impact on your community.

What to Expect

Schedule: Schedule: Sunday -Thursday - Mobiles

Includes frequent out-of-town travels, typically 3–4 days per week, with all expenses (lodging and meals) fully covered by the company.

Start Date: 12/14/2026

Base pay: $17.09- $18.27

Other compensation: 5% mobile premium

Training Information

10-week Paid Mandatory Training program - 100% attendance required.

Monday - Friday 7:00am -5:30pm; for classroom training and then field training follows the mobiles.
