Vitalant is hiring a Mobile Phlebotomist in Butte, MT. This role involves setting up blood drives within a 200-mile range, delivering comfortable donation experiences, and traveling as needed. Training is provided and there is a strong emphasis on helping communities through blood donation.

Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 5-day week. Base pay $17.09–$18.27 per hour with a 5% mobile premium. Training includes a 10-week paid program with some stay in Billings, MT.

Qualificações

Job Description:

We’re hiring immediately, and we will train you! Whether you are just starting your career, or have some phlebotomy experience, we’re here to help you leverage the extensive phlebotomy training provided, develop your talents, and perform at your best. Your impact as a Mobile Phlebotomist is vital. You will assist Vitalant’s donor care team in setting up blood drives at locations withing a 200-mile range while creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donors. Every day you will help save lives and have a vital impact on your community.

What to Expect

Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 5 day week. (This position will be mostly mobile operations with the potential for fixed site operations as well)

Base pay: $17.09 - $18.27

Other compensation: 5% mobile premium

Salary is commensurate with a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location.

Start Date: 12/14/2026

Training Information:

10-week Paid Mandatory Training program - 100% attendance required.

Including 8 weeks in Billings, MT (All Expenses: hotel room and food Paid by the company).

Training schedule is Monday - Friday 7:00am -5:30pm; for classroom training and then field training follows the mobiles.
