Job summary

Vitalant is hiring a Mobile Phlebotomist to join our donor care team, conducting blood drives within a 200‑mile range and creating comfortable donation experiences. You’ll be trained and supported by managers dedicated to your success, with a pay and benefits package that includes comprehensive total rewards.

Position starts 11/9/2026, schedule Tue–Sat with 10‑week paid training, travel as needed, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Job Description:

We’re hiring immediately, and we will train you! Whether you are just starting your career, or have some phlebotomy experience, we’re here to help you leverage the extensive phlebotomy training provided, develop your talents, and perform at your best. Your impact as a Mobile Phlebotomist is vital. You will assist Vitalant’s donor care team in setting up blood drives at locations withing a 200-mile range while creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donors. Every day you will help save lives and have a vital impact on your community.

What to Expect

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday. Variable hours

Base pay: $19.39 - $20.60 / Hour

Other compensation: 5% mobile premium

Salary is commensurate with a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location.

Start Date:11/9/2026

Training Information:

10-week Paid Mandatory Training program – 100% attendance required

Monday through Thursday with occasional Friday 7am-5:30pm for classroom training and then field training follows the mobiles.
