Job summary

Hadassah seeks a Manager of Philanthropy Reporting, Development Administration & Special Projects to support the Individual Giving team through strategic reporting, data management, and operational oversight. • Lead strategic operations and donor reporting for Individual Giving.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of donor data and reporting.
• Support regional fundraising efforts and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic operations and project management for the Individual Giving team, including donor reporting, information management, and cross-departmental initiatives.
• With the National Director, manage annual donor, and fundraising reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
• Develop and manage complex donor reports, donor histories, year-end reporting, Annual Report donor listings, and other high-level projects.
• Serve as a primary resource for fundraising staff and volunteer leaders, providing donor information, troubleshooting issues, and supporting regional fundraising efforts.
• Research and resolve complex Salesforce and donor data challenges.
• Partner closely with the National Director of Development on departmental priorities, special projects, and operational improvements.
• Recommend and implement process enhancements that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Supervise and mentor a Philanthropy Associate, providing guidance and oversight of work products and priorities.
• Foster productive relationships with volunteers, fundraising professionals, and senior leadership through strong communication, diplomacy, and customer service.
