The position reports to the National Director of Development and will supervise a Philanthropy Associate while partnering with volunteers and senior leadership to improve processes, reporting, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5–10 years of nonprofit experience, including roughly 5 years in a management role.
• Advanced Salesforce expertise with strong Excel, Teams, and SharePoint proficiency.
• Demonstrated experience in donor reporting, financial reporting, data management, and project leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to troubleshoot complex donor and data issues.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and volunteers to improve systems, processes, and reporting.
• Experience supervising, training, and motivating staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic operations and project management for the Individual Giving team, including donor reporting, information management, and cross-departmental initiatives.
• With the National Director, manage annual donor and fundraising reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
• Develop and manage complex donor reports, donor histories, year-end reporting, Annual Report donor listings, and other high-level projects.
• Serve as a primary resource for fundraising staff and volunteer leaders, providing donor information, troubleshooting issues, and supporting regional fundraising efforts.
• Research and resolve complex Salesforce and donor data challenges.
• Partner closely with the National Director of Development on departmental priorities, special projects, and operational improvements.
• Recommend and implement process enhancements that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Supervise and mentor a Philanthropy Associate, providing guidance and oversight of work products and priorities.
• Foster productive relationships with volunteers, fundraising professionals, and senior leadership through strong communication, diplomacy, and customer service.
