Job summary

Hadassah is seeking an experienced Manager, Philanthropy Reporting to strengthen the Individual Giving team in our New York office. This role oversees reporting, data management, and special projects, and supervises a Philanthropy Associate, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.

You will partner with staff, volunteers, and senior leadership, directing complex donor reporting, maintaining donor histories, and supporting year-end and annual report processes while advancing strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-10 years nonprofit experience, including approximately 5 years in a management role.
• Advanced Salesforce expertise with strong Excel/Teams/SharePoint proficiency.
• Donor and financial reporting, data management, and project leadership experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and staff supervision abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic operations and project management for the Individual Giving team
• Manage annual donor and fundraising reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity
• Develop complex donor reports, donor histories, year-end reporting, and Annual Report donor listings
• Support regional fundraising efforts with staff and volunteers
• Research and resolve Salesforce and donor data challenges
• Supervise and mentor a Philanthropy Associate
