Job summary

Hadassah is seeking an experienced Manager, Philanthropy Reporting to strengthen the Individual Giving team in our New York office. This role oversees reporting, data management, and special projects, and supervises a Philanthropy Associate, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Advanced Salesforce expertise with strong Excel/Teams/SharePoint proficiency.
• Donor and financial reporting, data management, and project leadership experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and staff supervision abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Hadassah is seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly analytical professional to serve as Manager, Philanthropy Reporting, Development Administration & Special Projects. This role supports the individual giving team by managing critical reporting, operations, data management, and special projects, and supervises a Philanthropy Associate. Reporting to the National Director of Development, the Manager serves as a trusted partner to Individual Giving staff, volunteer leaders, and senior leadership, ensuring the integrity of donor information, overseeing complex reporting, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic operations and project management for the Individual Giving team
