Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a donor pheresis technician to prepare all players and equipment for pheresis, monitor the process, and respond to alarms. The role includes accurate data entry and adherence to SOPs to ensure donor safety and process integrity.

The position requires at least a high school diploma and some healthcare exposure; basic math skills and attention to detail are essential. Training is provided on-site to support safe operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three months’ work experience in medical or health provider environment preferred.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare donor, donor area and equipment for pheresis process.
• Prepare autopheresis machine for pheresis process.
• Monitor donor and pheresis process and respond to alarms.
• Disconnect donor after completion of process.
• Maintain safety and confidentiality; document incidents using PDA.
• Record donor data in electronic system per SOPs.
