Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a role focused on preparing the donor, donor area, and equipment for pheresis processing. You will monitor the process, respond to alarms, and ensure donor safety throughout the procedure.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three months in a medical setting, with strong math, data entry, and safety awareness. Overtime and occasional bilingual requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months' work experience in medical or health provider settings preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare autopheresis machine and donor area for the pheresis process.
• Monitor donor and pheresis process, respond to alarms or signals.
• Disconnect donor when the process is complete; ensure safety.
• Record incidents and link equipment to donors using PDA.
• Record donor data in the electronic donor information management system.
• Follow SOPs and policies related to hyper immune programs when applicable.
• Maintain a clean, efficient work environment and proper supplies.
• May be cross-trained; bilingual skills may be required.
