Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking an individual to assist with donor pheresis procedures. Responsibilities include preparing donor areas and equipment, monitoring the process, and ensuring accurate documentation in the PDA system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months' work experience in medical or health provider environment.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare donor, area and equipment for pheresis.
• Prepare autopheresis machine for the pheresis.
• Monitor donor and pheresis; respond to alarms.
• Disconnect donor when the process is complete.
• Record incidents with PDA and link equipment to donor.
• Maintain donor data in the electronic system.
• Follow HSE/OSHA policies; maintain clean work area.
• May be cross-trained in other areas.
• Bilingual skills may be required.
